Took my wedding ring to get prong fixed cause I damaged it pretty bad. They fixed it in 2 days and did remarkable work. My jeweler I had for over 15 yrs retired so I decided to go here and glad I did very reasonably priced and it's held up I'm very ruff on my ring. It's a high valued piece so I was skeptical trying someone new. They exceeded my expectations

Everybody in the store was so kind and helpful. I was looking for a ring and necklace for my daughter with her birthstone. What was in the case wasn't exactly what I had in mind, so I was able to pick something from their catalog, with the understanding it would be in within 2 days. I got a call within 24 hours that the jewelry was already in. After I looked the jewelry over, they gift wrapped both boxes beautifully for me. Their customer service was wonderful, everybody was very personable and made me feel welcome in their store.

Incredibly knowledgeable staff and excellent service. We were able to walk right and and get our daughters ears pierced. She explained the whole process thoroughly and put my daughter at ease. It was a wonderful experience and we will be back.
